Byakugan:

The byakugan allows you to take up the Hyuuga clan name. You can unlock techniques that the Hyuuga use. It could either be a custom jutsu or a jutsu that the Sensei will teach. Sensei : Awsum Sid

Sharingan

The dreaded and powerful sharingan can now be yours!! You can use the clan name of Uchiha for your character and unlock techniques that the Uchiha use. It could either be a custom jutsu or a jutsu that the Sensei will teach. Sensei: Awsum Sid

Rinnegan

You'll need both the Wood Style and Sharingan to unlock the rinnegan. The clan name can therefore be Uzumaki/ Senji/ Uchiha.
You can unlock techniques that the rinnegan allows. It could either be a custom jutsu or a jutsu that the Sensei will teach. Sensei : Yoruichi
