The villages are still operating relatively the same, they have the same rank structure, Alliances will be formed by our characters (the leaders)
basically everything is driven by our decisions, if a kage chooses to attack an allied nation, consequences will follow. So on and so forth.
The first decision made by the first leader will determine the path the story takes...Decide wisely.
